Off Campus Lunch
On Wednesday, September 18 LCA Seniors dispersed around Lexington to dine at their favorite restaurants to eat lunch. It is a tradition that seniors have the opportunity to leave campus for lunch once a month. This time, some of the more popular destinations were Gattitown, Cookout, and Drake’s. Students who went to Dad’s Favorites were treated to a meal with Coach Seamands and Mr. Merz. Senior Aaron Abrahamson took advantage of the buffet at Gattitown and left his dining spot with a souvenir to remember the trip. “The rubber duck is a great memento to remember my first senior lunch, and I will cherish it in my heart forever,” says Abrahamson. It is clear that the seniors enjoyed the first Senior Lunch.
