The 91st Oscars was hosted last Sunday in Los Angeles. One of the best parts of the night, aside from the awards, is seeing what everyone is wearing. Here is a list of the Oscars best dressed.

Lady Gaga at the 2019 Academy Awards








Lady Gaga:

The award winning artists and actress took home her first Oscar on Sunday for her original song, “Shallow” from A Star is Born. Gaga graced everyone in her presence by wearing a 128-carat Tiffany Diamond estimated to be worth $30 million. It was last worn by Audrey Hepburn. Her gown was designed by Alexander McQueen and she complemented it with elbow-length gloves.

Jason Manoa:

The Aquaman star walked the red carpet in a suede pink suit on Sunday night.  The suit was designed by fashion legend Karl Lagerfeld who passed away just days before the event.

Kacey Musgraves:

This country star, who recently won album of the year at the Grammy Awards, strutted the Oscars red carpet on Sunday looking like a magical pink cupcake made by Giambattista Vali.  She wore her hair in a slicked back pony to give more attention to her voluminous tulle dress. On the red carpet, in an interview from “E!”, Musgraves said “I have been a fan of their works of art forever, so it’s an honor to get to wear this dress.”

Billy Porter:

The actor Billy Porter broke the internet on Sunday, when he wore a black tuxedo gown on the red carpet. The gown was custom made by Christian Siriano. This was a huge social and political statement, and it certainly got the attention that was expected. Porter stated in an interview with EW, “Why is it a woman can wear pants and nobody bats an eye and a man wears a dress and people are disgusted? Why is that? What is that saying in our culture: Man is better and female is disgusting? I just wanted to shatter that.”
